If you cancel your membership early, our cancellation fee is simple and fair.
If you enjoyed a discount for your membership term, that discount each period is your cancellation fee. We believe that is fair for everyone.
Here's an example: Timmy commits to the 24 Week Agreement and pays $1,074 up front to receive the discounted rate. 12 weeks in, Timmy realizes that the program isn't the right fit for him right now.
He fills out the
freeze or cancel form and tells us when he wants to stop.
Since Timmy used 3 periods, those periods are repriced at our regular rate of $199 per 4 weeks instead of the discounted rate. The math on this is: $1,074 − (3 × $199) = $477.
Timmy then picks what happens with that $477:
