How to do the Bow and Arrow Choke
- start in seatbelt grip in back mount
- bring partner to the weak side
- open their collar, feed the collar to our choking hand
- using the right foot to bring our left foot across the partner's belt line
- reaching down, grab the pant at the knee
- pull in to trap the arm
- cross ankles, pull both grips in, and kick feet away for the finish
